Based on all of our fact finding, we contact the relevant parties in your company to address each issue or opportunity and follow through to final execution.

We meet monthly with the US-based buyers to review your business, keeping the relationship current and making sure that your product is their priority. 

We will provide summaries from each ship visit, pictures of your product displays, and a description of each issue that needs addressing as well as plans to deal with them. In-person meetings can be arranged as needed.
